By registering for or using this platform, you agree to these Terms in full. While initial account creation is open to all age groups, mandatory age verification is required for full profile functionality. For users under 18, parental control is mandatory. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

By using this platform, you acknowledge that Hoollow is an experimental and evolving service, and features may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.

We operate a professional networking and community platform designed to connect individuals within specific industries, disciplines, and interest groups. Unlike general-purpose networks, our platform is tailored to curated audiences to foster more meaningful and relevant professional connections.

You can create an account and Hoollow ID without a specific initial age requirement. However, you must provide accurate age information during the Verification Process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Hoollow reserves the right to suspend accounts providing false age data.

You agree not to use the platform to harass, spam, impersonate, or harm other users. You must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or in violation of any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards without prior notice.

You retain ownership of any content you post on the platform. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform. We will not sell your content to third parties without your explicit consent.

We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such processing. We implement industry-standard security measures; however, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or unavailability of user data, whether caused by technical failures, cyberattacks, human error, third-party service disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any data, content, or information you store on the platform.

All platform design, branding, software, and proprietary features are the intellectual property of the company. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written permission.

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., calendar tools, CRMs, external APIs). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party services. Use of such services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we determine your use is harmful to the platform or its community. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Clubs are community-driven spaces within Hoollow where users can collaborate on shared interests, projects, or startups. When interacting with Clubs, please note:

• Club creators (Admins) are responsible for the moderation of their club's internal discussion and content.
• Hoollow reserves the right to suspend or delete any Club that violates our Content Policies or Zero Tolerance Policies.
• All interactions within Clubs must remain professional and respect our age-safety guidelines.
• Mass Reporting & Auditing: Mass reporting of a Club will trigger an automatic freeze of the Club for a defined duration. During this period, Hoollow will conduct a full audit of all messages and media within the Club. If any content is found to violate our regulations, it will result in the permanent deletion of the Club and potentially its associated accounts.

The Super Environment is a specialized ecosystem built for the next generation of innovators. It is designed to foster a “startup culture” where age is not a barrier to entry or success.

• The Super Env. is currently in an experimental phase and features may evolve or be discontinued at any time.
• Users participating in the Super Env. explicitly agree to its collaborative and experimental nature.
• Data handled within the Super Env. is protected according to our standard security protocols, but users are responsible for the confidentiality of their proprietary startup ideas.
• AI Training & Data Usage: Data generated within the Super Env. is used to train our AI agents to provide better responses and insights. It is the user's sole responsibility not to share personal or sensitive information within this environment.
• Training Persistence: Once a post is created in the Super Env., it is integrated into our training pipeline. Your data may be used for training purposes even if the post is deleted immediately after posting.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 12, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Hoollow individual profiles are strictly for individuals. Company, organization, teams, group, communities, etc cannot use individual profiles.

Mass Reporting Policy: If we detect mass reporting (PR) of an account from multiple sources or coordinated reporting effort, it may lead to a temporary suspension of the reported account while a formal investigation is conducted.

You acknowledge that we have no duty to take any action regarding which users gain access to the Services, what content you access via the Services, or how you may interpret or use the content.

The Services are provided "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" and without warranty of any kind, express, statutory or implied.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

This platform is an independent experimental project created and operated by students for learning and innovation purposes.

Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
